...that saved me through finals. College is a long time ago for me now (or- it feels that way) but boy oh boy do I remember the stressors of finals. Here's what helped my unique ADHD brain most. Maybe it will help you!

#1 Study with Company
I don't care if you do it with a friend, a study group or if you haul your textbooks down to the corner coffee shop to sit alone. If your brain is like mine, then somehow being AROUND other people helps trick me into being productive.
Why? No clue. But every time I went to the university library to study, I was probably 70% more effective.
#2 Teach it

My ADHD brain loves to talk ideas out loud. I love attention and I love to explain concepts and ideas to other people. This means that if I can get talking about the subject I'm studying, it is practically a golden key to my memory. It locks it in. I engage and I understand the subject matter as if I WAS a teacher. (Or I can anyway.)
Now, your ADHD may not manifest the same as mine. Or maybe you have no one who wants to hear you ramble on about mitochondria. That's okay! You can find other hacks that will do this.
One of my top techniques when alone is to turn on my phone's voice recorder and use that! Sometimes I even use my full video camera too.
#3 Use a Whiteboard
My brain runs a thousand directions every freaking second. If you have ADHD, your brain might too! If that's the case, sometimes it can help to write things out on an IMPERMANENT surface, so that every two seconds when you brain shifts directions, all it takes is a wipe of the dry-eraser and your canvas is ready!
I use this for math. I use this for literature-study. I literally used this back in the day when I was studying MBTI. Seriously, I can't recommend this enough.
And these aren't even expensive! There are small ones that fit right on your lap for under $10 each- the smartest decision I possibly ever made? Yes.
STudying with ADHD can be hard, but find hacks that help you and it will get easier.
